Cancellations
If your order hasn’t been shipped and you’ve had a change of heart, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase by contacting us at marketing3@duhome.com
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the receipt date. No returns made after 30 days from the receipt date will be accepted.
You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the receipt date.
Whether the cost of return shipping is reimbursed or not depends on the reason for the return.
Can I still return items if they are damaged?
If you feel you have received defective, incorrect or incomplete product(s), please contact us at marketing3@duhome.com within 5 days of receipt, so we can make it right.
All products enjoy 1-year quality guarantee. Any quality problem about the product, we will respond to give a replacement for free.
Product defects caused by improper use by customer are not covered by the warranty. (i.e. improper assembly or usage, obvious, man-made damage, etc.) .
Can I still return items for non-quality issues when I just don't like them?
You can return your DUHOME order for any reason - even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. All returns will be subject to the actual Return Shipping Fee, which can vary depending on the location of the return and typically range from $19-$79 for small parcel items that are able to ship via FedEx/UPS; and $100-$250 for larger items, like sofas, beds, etc. that have to ship with specialized LTL carriers.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
The refund amount will be the original total less shipping charge, 10% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects.
If you refuse delivery because items do not fit (non-quality issues situation), you are responsible for all return shipping fees. The dimensions are available on our website for your convenience so please be sure to check the dimensions prior to ordering.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in new or unused condition (for example no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts.
Clearance item sales are final, and returns cannot be issued.
Any return shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
How do I make a return?

Tell us about your reason for returning items and info about order number & address. If you are returning because there is product quality problem, please attach images or videos which display our product packaging and details of damaged part.
You will receive a return label from DUHOME after the return application is approved.
Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
Please make sure you don't include non-DUHOME items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
