1. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the receipt date. No returns made after 30 days from the receipt date will be accepted. 2. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the receipt date. 3. Whether the cost of return shipping is reimbursed or not depends on the reason for the return.
How do I make a return?
1. Email us at marketing3@duhome.com. 2. Tell us about your reason for returning items and info about order number & address. If you are returning because there is product quality problem, please attach images or videos which display our product packaging and details of damaged part. 3. You will receive a return label from DUHOME after the return application is approved. 4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. 5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.Please pay attention!!!

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.Usually it need 3 work days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of 3-5 work days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We are sorry to tell you that all our products are only delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, NOT including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military Bases (AA, AE, AP).All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After that, it will take another 2-3 business days for shipping, depending on the local transport time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
